Coral and her husband, Tommy, call the Coastal Bend home, where they enjoy a lifestyle deeply rooted in the land, water, and community that define this unique region. With lifelong ties to the area and a deep appreciation for its natural beauty, Coral offers her clients not just market expertise, but an authentic understanding of the lifestyle they seek.
Her career in real estate began early, working in her grandmother’s brokerage in Aransas Pass and learning the business firsthand alongside her mother, Dinah Bowman, a seasoned real estate investor. These early experiences shaped a strong work ethic and a nuanced understanding of property value, investment strategy, and client service. Today, Coral specializes in residential and light commercial sales and leasing, with a particular focus on luxury properties, investment portfolios, and distinctive farm and ranch estates.
Coral’s academic background further distinguishes her in the marketplace. She holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, equipping her with a rare depth of knowledge that is especially valuable to clients seeking equine, cattle, or wildlife-oriented properties. Her expertise allows her to confidently guide complex transactions involving high-value rural assets with precision and insight.
She holds several respected industry designations, including:
- Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
- Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program (TRLP) Graduate
- Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS)
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Guild Member
A recognized leader in her profession, Coral serves as the 2026 Board President of the Coastal Bend Association of REALTORS® and was honored as REALTOR® of the Year in 2019—an award reflecting the respect and trust she has earned among her peers. She also contributes at the state level through her work with Texas REALTORS® on the Leasing and Property Management Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. Her commitment to service extends into the community through leadership roles with the Saltwater Fisheries Enhancement Association and involvement with the Junior League of Corpus Christi (Sustainer).
Known for her discretion, attention to detail, and relationship-driven approach, Coral is dedicated to delivering an exceptional level of service tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys time at her family’s ranch in Beeville, riding Quarter Horses, saltwater fishing, and shooting trap and skeet with Tommy—embracing the very lifestyle she represents
